Files and versions
A post's photos and videos live under Media. Each file has its versions, and each version its review.
Upload
- Drag photos or videos onto Media, or click choose files.
- When the post already has files, use + Upload.
Posts take images and videos of up to 5 GB each, within the team's space. PDFs and audio go in as references on ideas. Admins, strategists and producers upload files.
A new version
When a file changes — after a request for changes, say — don't upload a separate file: open the file and click Send a new version, or drop the new file onto the open image. Versions are numbered (v1, v2…), the one in use marked current, and the earlier ones stay there to look back at.
Delete
Only the person who uploaded a file can delete it. If it had an earlier version, that one becomes current again.
Storage
Each team keeps up to 5 GB. See Plans and storage.
