Tucan is the content calendar for social media teams and agencies. Each client gets its own team, where the people who make the content plan posts and tasks, upload each file and its new versions, and send them to the client for approval through a link that needs no account.
What it does
- One calendar per client, by week, month or list. Every post has a format, a status, an owner and a day.
- Review and approval in one place. Reviewers open the file, comment on the exact second of a video and approve it or ask for a change — file by file, version by version — instead of across chats and e-mail.
- Ideas before they are posts, and a gallery of what was approved, ready to use again.
- A connector for ChatGPT and Claude, so an assistant can read the plan and write into it with your permission.
Who it is for
Agencies, freelancers and in-house teams that make social media content for someone who has to approve it. Members and reviewers are unlimited: the client never pays for an account.
Where it stands
Tucan has been in beta since October 2026 and is free while the beta lasts. It runs in the browser and installs on a phone or a computer like an app, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
