Your account and your data
Where you change your photo, language and appearance, and how to download your data or delete your account.
Where it is
On a computer, open the settings with the gear at the bottom of the left bar and click Your account. On a phone, tap Settings, then your name at the top.
There you change your photo and color, the Language and the Appearance (light, dark or the system's), turn notifications on, and can See the guide again.
Download your data
Under Your data, Download my data makes a file with what is yours in Tucan.
Delete your account
Under Delete your account, click Delete my account, sign in with Google again to confirm it's you, and click Delete for good.
- Teams where you're on your own are deleted, with their posts and files.
- You leave shared teams, and the team's work stays.
- If you're the only admin of a team with other people in it, hand the admin role to someone first.
- The activity history stays: a history that can be erased is not a history.
